Dan is a fitness and mindset coach and founder of the High Performance Health Academy, an online school dedicated to helping high performers master their bodies so they can create their biggest impact on this world.
Over 4 years, Dan has coached people to losing over a ton of weight. Literally, over 2000 pounds in 4 years! This has contributed to Dan being voted Montana's Fitness Coach of the Year 4 years in a row.
He also speaks and has been featured on NBC, MTV and The Discovery Channel, including being a competitor in the American Ninja Warrior.
He is truly an inspiring and motivating individual, and it shows in this episode. Dan drops TONS of very powerful information, both practical and higher level mindset-based.
