The holidays are coming! Halloween is now behind us, but looking forward we've got Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day, Omisoka, and more. Depending on your religion, ethnicity, etc, you may celebrate multiple of these. Then there's work parties, family parties, random get-togethers, and just wanting to get in the holiday spirit. What comes with all of this? Food!
Food isn't a bad thing. And eating food with people you love is DEFINITELY not a bad thing. However, sometimes this can lead to eating things that do not map to your goals, and it's easy to slip and lose focus.
There are plenty of things you can do to make sure that you don't slip and that you keep forward momentum, even during the holidays, and even while enjoying those holiday events, including the food and drinks.
Yes, it is possible.
