The guest that I speak to on this episode is Cynthia Thurlow, and she is exactly that - a person that is so incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, educated and all around an AMAZING human being.


Cynthia is a Western medicine trained nurse practitioner (NP) with nearly 20 years of experience in ER medicine and cardiology, turned functional nutritionist with a niche in female hormonal health.


She currently lives in Washington, DC with her children and doodles.


In this episode, we dive into a variety of topics including sleep, cravings, digestion and many other topics that are crucial for understanding for both men and women.
