What does your headspace look like?
We all have LIMITED headspace at any given time. What you think about and what you choose to focus on is what occupies that headspace.
Unfortunately, most of us aren't able to master our headspace 100% of the time, despite our efforts to do so. However, with enough practice and attention, we can invite WAY more thoughts, feelings, and emotions that promote progress, development and growth.
I'm VERY stoked about this whole concept and idea, and how it plays into being consistently successful in reaching new heights in fitness and health AND holding on to previous achievements.
