At first I thought a body transformation was one that included a massive amount of fat loss and a restructuring of someones body composition (muscle, fat, definition, etc).
Then I ultimately learned what real transformation was, and how 99% of what is behind a fitness/health/body transformation takes place INSIDE a person.
