What is your pain tolerance?
I'm not talking about boxing and getting punched in the face, although I may as well be.
What I'm really talking about is your ability to push in the direction of where you want to go, even when it seems like it's completely uphill the entire time. Day in and day out, the incline just seems to get worse and worse.
You lose weight, and then gain weight, and constantly feel like you aren't making progress.
But you're doing everything right - you're following a strict program, eating all the correct macros, and training or working out properly.
It worked for a while - you lost 45 lbs but you still have another 45 to go, and all of the sudden it seems like it's not working.
This is pain.
This is the part that most people can't handle, which is why they never truly reach their goals.
In this episode, I discuss this pain threshold and how most people cannot endure it for very long.
Can you withstand a lot of pain, failure and uphill struggle? Let me know about it - connect with me below and let's discuss.
Give this one a listen and make sure to let me know if it resonated with you.
