Have you ever spent money on fitness?
Really give this some thought...
Shakes, fat burners, pre-workouts, amino supplements, creatine, protein powders, protein bars, apparel, gym memberships, subscriptions, at-home equipment, shoes, bags...the list goes on.
None of these things are inherently bad by any means, but NONE of them solve the problem.
If you've spent money on these in the past and didn't make any other changes in your life, you probably know what I'm talking about.
The reality is...the average person spends $96,000 dollars between ages 18-65 on fitness related purchases, and yet the average person spends 17 minutes per week on intentional exercise and training.
The other reality is that 70% of the US is overweight and 40% of the US is obese.
It doesn't matter how many of the things I listed above you buy if you don't fix the root cause first, which is what we're all about at PermaFit and why I co-built this company.
Give this one a listen, and if it resonated with you please share, subscribe and leave a review.
