When you carry these 3 traits and you absolutely need to finally shed the weight, get into the body of your dreams and do so in a way that's ACTUALLY sustainable and realistic, then prepare to have success because those are the barrier to entry. After that it's just strategy, mindset and accountability that carry you across the finish line because ACTION will follow once the commitment is established.
