The overwhelming majority of fitness companies, trainers & coaches talk about getting "real results FAST" and how they can get someone "shredded in 12 weeks"...but how much of that is permanent?
What will happen to that person after 18 weeks, or 24 weeks? Will they still have their results? Or will they have to buckle down and repeat that same diet plan and workout plan to get those results again?
That is not a healthy way to live, nor is it sustainable.
And it certainly isn't permanent.
