Going through a weight loss, health, or fitness transformation is challenging. No one has actually gone through it will tell you it's easy. There's also MANY emotions and feelings that come up through the process that make it very difficult to recall the tale.


But...having gone through this process myself (down 85 lbs 11 years ago, kept it off while adding lean muscle every since), and coaching people through this process, I have seen many recurring patterns. In this session, I will be talking about those and painting that picture for you.
