I like to keep things simple as often as possible.
When it comes to weight loss and fitness, it's really easy to over-complicate things very quickly. What I've found is the less people know what to do, the more they over-complicate it. This is normal because it's a byproduct of not knowing exactly what to do.
An expert is an expert for a reason: they simply know what to do, when to change gears, how exactly to change them, etc.
I've been able to simplify my process over the last 10 years to a simple 2-step formula of:
1) Energy Expenditure Restructuring
2) Body Recomposition
There's a lot of details underneath each of these, but this is the high level overview. In this episode I dive into each of these things, what they mean, and how we go about achieving them in the Mind Body Academy.
