This can be functional muscle for athletic purposes, your job, moving things around the house, etc. OR this can be "show muscle" like aesthetics for bodybuilding.
Either way, there are some major misconceptions around what it takes to build muscle, and chances are that YOU believe some of these myths that I'm going to bust right here on this episode.
