Why did I quit 1-on-1 in-person personal training?
So many reasons!
The truth is, 1-on-1 personal training is not what people think it is. This model exists to get people familiar with exercising the right way, and MAYBE providing a little extra motivation and positive energy. However, that is not enough to really get people results.
There are far too many people that flounder with a personal trainer, paying the gym thousands of dollars, only to receive mediocre results AT BEST.
What people really need is: training programming, nutrition programming, accountability, mindset work...and they need ALL of that coming from the same, unified team or person. When it's pieced together like a frankenstein model, the results resemble that.
