A yo-yo diet is exactly what it sounds like...
You go up, you go down, and then up again, and then down again.
This can manifest in a lot of different ways, as well as in areas OTHER than dieting:
1) You gain weight/lose weight over and over again
2) You are motivated and then demotivated over and over again
3) You have energy and then no energy, over and over again
4) You consistently work out, then consistently DON'T work out, over and over again
Do you experience any of these?
If so, how have the results been?
I'm guessing the results are either lackluster, or non-existent.
