The title says it all - are you overthinking your fitness and nutrition?
Do you hit a plateau and instead of trying to grind through it, you digest as much information by as many influencers as possible until you realize that you haven't actually done anything to fix the problem?
Do you, or anyone you know, spend way too much time trying to learn and understand what the best superfood, diet, supplement, or organic product is?
Or better yet, do you hit a workout wall and instead of working out harder/smarter/faster, you over-analyze different methods of working out that claim something ridiculous like "put on 10 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks using this workout"?
Way too many people (myself included, in the past) spend way too much time getting stuck in 'paralysis by analysis' when it comes to fitness and nutrition. When something isn't working, or isn't working fast enough, we often are quick to make adjustments and changes over and over and over until we realize that we've gotten nowhere.
Everyone hits ruts.
Everyone gets stuck.
Everyone has to overcome the same obstacles.
Stop thinking, and start doing. It's the only way you'll progress past them and actually be successful in your fitness journey.
