Hey friend!  I'm sooo beyond grateful that you're hitting play and sharing your time with me.  In this episode, I'll let ya in on who I am, how this thing got started, how I'm doing life and a few of the lessons I've learned over the last couple years. 

Lessons like really taking the time to think about your future self.  Picture her - what is she doing? How does she feel? Who is she being?  See her.  Align with her and make your decisions from there.  Do this as a journal exercise when you're nice and relaxed.
