About Marcus:
Marcus Udsen Grandjean is a danish based meditation and movement tracher who have studied Zen-buddhism extensively. He integrates his studies in neuroplasticity and physicality in this teaching of mind and matter.   

For 15 years Marcus has worked on combining ancient philosophical wisdom with contemporary psychology and neuroscience. His meditation practice is a direct expression of the simplicity of Zen, and channels great mental complexity into momentary stillness and emotional depth.
