Cinelli is a young aspiring construction professional who illuminates for us what it is like entering construction today.  Matthew discusses how little construction is talked about in schools; what its like to work with individuals several DECADES older + he debunks the myth "That you're only working construction because you're stupid + failed everything else".

Matthew shares magical moments of his journey on what lead him into construction; what keeps him motivated to show up every day + unpacks  the importance of presence  with others.
