Our Food System

Peggy and Thomas Tomich, economist, advisor, author, innovator, and leader, and founder, Food Systems Lab at the University of California, Davis, talk about the differences between a food system and food science. He says a food system is a self-organizing system and we have to think differently about managing our footprints in those types of self-organizing systems.
