“NATO Foresees the Need for More Soldiers: Easier Said than Done” - Video Version

Most NATO countries rely on volunteers to fill the ranks of their militaries.  The war in Ukraine has increased NATO’s perceived need for more soldiers, but countries throughout NATO are struggling to maintain their current force structures much less increase them even when the budget is in place for a larger force.  What can be done to address this challenge?
