Peddlin’ Pork with the Chef

On this episode of Peddling Pork, Patti’s/T Lawson’s Chef Kevin Ragan, shares his background in the Culinary world and what brought him to the Settlement. His principles revolve around the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients, practicing proper cooking techniques, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and creativity in the kitchen. 

Chef Kevin’s passion, dedication and attention to detail allowed him to excel in the culinary field. Finding his home at the Settlement, he focuses on ways to be creative with the different type atmospheres of the two restaurants, Patti’s 1880’s Settlement and T Lawson’s Grill in both food, events and marketing.
