Interview with Coach Frank Sagasta

"My name is Frank Sagasta. I am a successful husband, father, teacher, coach, and mentor. After working within the education arena for 10 years, and coaching multiple sports for over 15 years, I created a brand for myself and system of strategies to assist students and professionals at expanding beyond their reach and to have great impact on themselves and others on the journey.

I graduated from Colton High School in California and attended the University of Phoenix. My major psychology and sports management. I’m a bibliophile who takes extraordinary leaps toward self-education.

I learned from the best in the field of leadership and stewardship. I have a genuine gift and ability of speaking with students to empower them beyond their own experience. We can all agree that there is a positive bridge that must be built, to make a real difference in their social and emotional learning. Throughout my ten years in the field, I’ve helped students with self-esteem, self-love, and positive mental attitude. I want to help students and adults reach beyond their limits spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally."
