This weeks marks our first trip to the British capital as we make up the District line to Adam at the farthest point of East London. Is the London Borough of Havering actually London or actually Essex? How does a kid growing up next to fields of wheat find their way to a career in theatre? Can one balance local pride with intercultural collaboration in an area that voted emphatically for Brexit?
