Paul Shannon made the jump from sales leadership to full time real estate investing. After a couple of single family deals, Paul took the "leap of faith" and decided to turn his sideline into a viable business! Shortly thereafter, he was able to acquire a 40 unit property in southern Indiana. The renovations of the 40 unit are almost complete. Onward and upward!
