πππππ ππ’π§πππ«π ππ«ππ:Β I sure did. I'm living here in Costa Rica, so fresh out of surfing lessons or, in my case, wipe out lessons. But I'm getting there, right?Β
πππ¨π«π π ππ¨πππ«ππ¬ πππ:Β Awesome. Yeah, I think that's just way cool. So you're obviously not just a way cool lady, but you come to us from a way cool field where dreams come true. Maybe you could take us three or four steps back and figure out how is it Last time we met originally in the virtual world, you were living in San Francisco and now all of a sudden we catch up again, and you're in costa Rica.Β
πππππ ππ’π§πππ«π ππ«ππ: Yes, sir. It's been quite a journey. We moved to Costa Rica, picked up my family and I about six months ago and left the San Francisco Bay Area, rented out our rented out our way too expensive home in the Bay Area and moved to Costa Rica. And we're living here on passive income from several multifamily investments, including the hotel conversion and a property we have in San Francisco or our single family home. And a couple other things kind of stitched togetherΒ

πππππ ππ’π§πππ«π ππ«ππ:Β Absolutely. Yes. Investments as well.Β
πππ¨π«π π ππ¨πππ«ππ¬ πππ: Β Cool. Cool. Are you a big fan of that? You should be passive before active or is that not part of your DNA?Β
πππππ ππ’π§πππ«π ππ«ππ:Β I think you should be both. I think you should be passive and watch how the process works, and I do think you should be active on smaller unit deals to make all your mistakes on.Β
