Xue (Snowie) Dan Xu is a multifamily real estate syndicator and founder of A - Services Managment, a sponsor of Multifamily investments, which has raised $16-$17 million for 7 syndication deals in Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky and Mississippi, for a total of over 600 doors since January 2017, and co-sponsor for 3 additional deals.
In December 2014, Snowie went to a Lifestyles Unlimited weekend financial freedom seminar and decided to sell her dream home to finance her real estate dreams!
Starting as a passive investor in a 144 unit syndication, she asked to help with the due diligence through lease audits and anything else she could do to get more experience.
She became an active real estate investor through the purchase of 10 single family homes from May 2015 through June 2016 which provided valuable experience.
Soon she was syndicating her own deals and currently has $50 Million AUM and over 600 units. With two deals in the pipeline, she is well on her way to 1000 units!
In 2019 her husband Zach was able to leave his lucrative job at a major oilfield services company and join her full time as Principal at A - Strategy Management.
