34. K. Trevor Thompson - A Serial Entrepreneur on Effective Passive Investing

 Welcome back entrepreneurs! Today K. Trevor Thompson, founder of Niagara Investments takes us on an unbelievable journey detailing his career as a business leader in museums from Ripley's Believe it or Not! to the Guinness Book of World Records Museum. Along the way, he had a string of entrepreneurial adventures including a haunted house followed by an indoor skydiving adventure! When the Coronavirus pandemic brought that last gig to an end, Trevor turned to the exciting world of multifamily investing! 

He got off to a quick start by deciding to skip the "fix and flip" stage and went straight to the main event! Trevor has invested in a wide variety of syndications including a SFH fund, land and an apartment conversion. After investing passively in multiple deals, he started offering his services as an LP to build his experience and has recently begun to focus on active investing.
