Welcome back entrepreneurs! Today we have Esther Reizes-Lowenbein, founder of Esther Reizes & Co! She purchases industrial, office, and triple-net (NNN) retail herself and raises capital in her deals with other partners. She worked as a speech and language pathologist before turning to real estate. She also has 8 children, one of which came to visit Mom in the middle of the show (how adorable)!
She also has an amazing capacity for work and may have 30 to 50 deals going at any one time in one capacity or another as a realtor, investor, or fund manager.
