29. Mandy McAllister - Mindset is 80%

Mandy McAllister is an athlete, mindset ninja, multifamily investor and multifamily coach! Her Aspiring Women Achieving More FB page has really taken off with 2500 members as of this recording. She likes to say that how-to is only 20% of the game, mindset is 80%. Her energy is truly amazing! After interviewing Mandy, I feel like I am 50% more energized and I am getting 62% more done!

Mandy’s success in the multifamily space is a great reminder that syndication is not the only way forward! She has found great success in joint ventures of small and medium sized apartment buildings. All things considered; she prefers JV to syndication. She is also a successful syndicator and expects to close on the 104 unit Moss Creek apartment community in early November!
