Today we interviewed Vinki Loomba, founder of Loomba Investment Group! After becoming an IT professor and business leader, Vinki found retirement fell short of her expectations and soon launched a second career as a real estate syndicator. She also hosts the “Mind, Body & Entrepreneurship” podcast along with Raju Datla. 

She got  her start in the multifamily space through focusing on raising capital and investor relations. She has built her portfolio up to 800 units both as an LP as well as a co-GP over the last couple of years. She likes to purchase C or B assets in A areas in Texas, Georgia and the Carolinas.
