Vinney Chopra describes how he found the "sweet spot" in the development of senior living facilities. For him, this involves the assisted living and memory care as opposed to either the 55+ housing which is not at all needs-driven or the nursing homes, and rehab homes which are entirely needs-driven. In so doing, he has positioned himself in a very lucrative portion of the market which nonetheless requires no staff of nurses (although he has one on duty at his facilities at all times).
