Grant tells us how he accumulated quite a stable of single family homes before he ran out of capital. He describes how he used a blanket loan to get to the next level. His wife Monika suggested multifamily and the duo were soon off to a new start in the multifamily world. He now has a portfolio that includes three apartments as well as a duplex.
