David already highlighted God’s all-knowingness and his omnipresence. Now he leads us to consider God’s just one aspect of his omnipotence—how he wove together each one of us in our mother’s womb. NOTE: In my prayer, I do not mean to deny the eternal existence of God’s Son. It’s just that this psalm leads us particularly to reflect on God’s wonderful work in giving his Son flesh and blood in the womb of the virgin Mary.
