The session will address what and who the stakeholders are in healthcare, and how smart contracts can be deployed in decentralized payment system in healthcare, types of platforms that can be deployed, the structure of private blockchains, what the best public platforms for smart contracts with payments are, and if scalable, technological limitations. In addition, best case implementations ,where smart contracts are deployed , specifically, with healthcare payments and reimbursements.
