Creating a Patient-Centric, Global, Decentralized Health System

Over the past decade, there have been many innovations in new payment and care delivery models and technology – from telemedicine to AI to blockchain. These innovations, however, need to be used in tandem to drive real change. We will review each of these innovations and propose a model for how they can be brought together to be greater than the sum of their parts. In doing so, we can create a global, decentralized health system that truly puts patient care at the center, while supporting and further enabling the clinicians that make this care possible, to deliver higher quality care at a fraction of the cost.
