We talk about everything from childhood illnesses, chickenpox and measles to if it's actually possible to be too sterile in the home. We spoke a lot about the microbiome and its job in fighting infection and whether children actually need vitamin supplements or not.  The only thing the jury is still out on is whether you will catch a cold if you go out with wet hair!
