Annabel is a complete hero of mine, I would have been lost without her books when I started having children. We had such a lovely talk today, not only about what she is doing, which is pretty incredible, but about everything from how to wean, whether you’re going puree or baby-led, allergies, snacks and how to encourage the kids to be more involved in the kitchen.     I will link all of the bits that we talked about in the show notes, but I wanted to highlight her new allergy tracker on her Baby & Toddler Recipe App, which I wish I had when mine were small.
