A good friend, Lauren, that Chelsea has been great friends with for 15 plus years joins us to talk about Existential Psychology. A combination of psychology and philosophy in the simplest terms. There are a lot of unknowns and ambivalence in the world and we start to scratch the surface regarding our mental health and how we understand and live in our world to overcome different levels of death anxiety. Lauren shares the next steps she plans on taking in her career.
