Dr. Stacy Sims, MSC, PHD, is an exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist who is one of the leading global experts on female physiology and training. Her TEDx talk, "Women Are Not Small Men" may have originated as a joke, but it has now grown into a global phenomenon.
