Welcome to Episode 168 where we begin a  new month dedicated to creating confidence, and/or regaining it if that’s what we need to do.

In this episode we focus on how you can take this month and really get back to yourself, to get clear, and to make healthy decisions from there.  To me, it’s really boundary work…setting limits out there with what is no longer serving us (or ahem maybe never did!) as well as within, where we take some much-needed time to just STOP, rest, practice self-care so the answers we are yearning to have can actually come to us.  From what is draining our energy to all the things that might be keeping us distracted and therefore disconnected from ourselves, we focus on ways to detach from what isn’t serving us and take time to get quiet so we can get clear.  Self-care is a big part of this, especially downtime so our brains and our intuition have a chance to gather all the necessary information we need to take better care of ourselves and to figure out in where we want to go from here.

Key Elements:

  • Discuss how our day-to-day life can get in the way of getting clear.
  • Talk about the ways we will look at gaining clarity this month.
  • Focus on how self-care takes many forms and factors into our self-confidence.

Fearless means trusting

your instincts

and clarity of thought.

Once you have made up your mind,

don't be scared of

what if.
