Welcome to Episode 136 where we define aspects of a truly trustworthy, emotionally safe person.

In this episode we discuss how trustworthy people are those who have SHOWN that they can be trusted. With our money, our time, our friendship, and our vulnerability.  Clients who get themselves out of toxic relationships then ask me well Mar “Now What? I don’t want to pick another unsafe person!” This episode is where we explore what characteristics trustworthy people have or are at least diligently working on.

• Identify how each characteristic works with all the others, and how we really can’t leave any of them out.
• Define the basic components and behaviors of a trustworthy person.
• Look at how we ourselves to see how trustworthy we are.
