Welcome to episode 109 where we look at what it means to keep yourself, and the other person, in a place of choice when communicating.   

In this episode we explore what it means to keep choice in our connections with others.  To demonstrate healthy boundaries, detachment, and therefore personal ownership of what belongs to us, and allowing the other to always be choosing.

• Look at how we can avoid choosing and instead present with a victim-based mindset.
• Identify how blurred boundaries create emotional hostage-taking.
• Practice “being in choice” in your communication, creating emotional safety and the atmosphere for deeper connection.
