EP070 Empathy Requires Detachment:

Welcome to episode 70 where we explore how detachment plays a big part in being able to feel and express genuine empathy to others. 

In this episode, we take a look at how allowing ourselves to grieve and let go of desired outcomes, we can then detach and allow others to have their own experience.  Without detachment, it can often be difficult to express true understanding, since our own thoughts and feelings are mixed up in it.
