Welcome to episode 90 where we look at the high cost of not being yourself.  Not allowing yourself to be genuine, open and honest with yourself and others.  Courage means putting your truth out there and letting go of what happens.

In this episode, we talk about how courage is all about getting and being real with ourselves and others, risking being vulnerable by setting limits, being more emotionally honest and putting our talents, passions and ideas out there. The price of not doing so can include anxiety, depression and physical ailments.  It takes so much energy to be what others need when it doesn’t line up with who you really are, but are afraid to show them.
