17: Proper Follow Up

All the time, effort and money you spend to get leads and customers into your dog daycare will all be for nothing if you don't have a good follow up system in place. They say, "the money is in the follow up." I'm not sure why "they" are but I agree 100% and have seen the huge impact deploying good follow up campaigns for my clients has made.
