In this episode I will conclude our series on switching your career successfully. If you have been following this series, you will remember that I have been using questions to drive your strategy for switching your career successfully. I promised I will use a four-question model – FQM; so, in this episode you have the fourth question covered.

 The question answered in this episode is “How bad do you want this career change?”  You will want to develop resilience and gear up for the ride that could sometimes be a roller-coaster ride. This is where the rubber meets the road; it will determine your drive and staying power. This is where the price for the dream career is paid ahead. This separates the committed from the dabblers. In making your career switch a successful one, we are now at the point where action is demanded. Here are three ways resilience will propel you.
