Osteoporosis is a silent disease that affects millions of women every year, and it often has no symptoms, until it is too late.
Bone loss begins in our late 30's, and increases with intensity as we age. In perimenopause, the bone loss speeds up, and even more so when we hit menopause.
BUT...there is much we can do to stem the onslaught of this terribly disease, so we can age well, stay mobile and independent and live well into our golden years.
