Do you know what you get when you Google "Sarah Young and Rock Your Block"? You can easily happen upon a picture of her wearing a Scoopie the ice cream cone mascots costume! Yes ladies and gentleman, she was a giant ice cream cone. In her youth Sarah had many jobs, including working at a burger and custard joint called Culver's, which is where some of her passion originated from as she dreamt up the idea of Rock Your Block.
