Episode 8: Bikes, Iron Maiden and Tandem Tips

As the nice weather becomes less certain the air cools, making vigorous outdoor exercise like biking more agreeable. Ms. Lilly will be schooling us using the Sustainability Center at Yale University’s seven biking tips, and Lawrence will be offering up tandem biking tips and tech advice. Our surprise feature Canadian bucket list segment comes from Iron Maiden’s celebrated lead guitarist and self-proclaimed fishing enthusiast, Adrian Smith. Adrian speaks with Lawrence about his favorite Canadian outdoor destinations directly from the banks of the Thames River near London, England.
