Meet Ann:

Ann Gadzikowski is an award-winning author and educator with a passion for nurturing children’s creativity and curiosity. Ann’s newest book Every Drop Counts: Exploring Water Science with Young Children in the Age of Climate Change will be published by Gryphon House in November 2025. A graduate of the Erikson Institute, Ann developed expertise in STEM learning through her role as early childhood coordinator for Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development. Ann served as a curriculum director and executive editor for Encyclopedia Britannica where she led the creation of family resources including Britannica for Parents. Currently, Ann serves as director of Families Together Cooperative Nursery School in Chicago. She also teaches early childhood education courses at Oakton College.
